  • Old Spanish Wooden Propeller

Hello, it´s a pleasure being in this forum. I need information about a wodden propeller that belonged to my grandfather. It was manufactured in Spain around the mid 30s. See attached photos to receive feedback. I want to know the year it was constructed and to which plane it belonged.
Thank you very much for your help.
    Gonzalo.

          Hi,
Breguet XIV props are larger (between 2.85 and 3.00 meters for different engines. The longest were used with Renault engine fitted with a Rateau compressor, or with Liberty engine. The smallest on Breguet with Fiat engine).
I have a Sopwith Dolphin Mk II prop (Mk II > Hispano 300 HP). It is 2.50 long and its pitch is 2.12 m. It's a Lumière 144 C and was also used on SPAD 21 and Nieuport 29.

Could you measure the pitch and blade width of your prop?

          Regards,
