Default Propellor 1922

Hey can't figure out what and where about this propellor. 93 inches long , brass on the cutting edge, red tip on edge.. Serial number stamped into wood SER.S.1922 ... On the other side SSSS210E. What do these mean what is the value of this prop.

Are there decals on the blades? Knowing the manufacturer would help.

I think that serial number and other stamping may be from S&S Aircraft, Ltd. in Winnipeg.
