Need help identifying if this is a real propeller.

It's almost certainly a drone propeller. A better term now, with "drones" generally associated with quadcopters, is that it was an "unmanned aerial vehicle" referred to at the time as a "target drone". See this link for a more detailed explanation.

There should be some numbers stamped into the wood. If so, what are they?
