  • wooden blade ID

I have a wooden blade I am trying to ID. It is wood with metal tips. there is 8 bolts on this hub. The markings are as such: It has the Paragon logo, 8-3 x 500 right hand, a small circle in which reads R 453, on the top side of the blade hub is a *1005*. The blade is 8' 3", the hub thickness is 4.5 inches the center bore is 2.750 and the bolt circle is 6 inches. I would like to know what engine and acft this blade comes from.

I think all that you have so far is the length and pitch and a serial number. The R453 sounds like an inspection stamp but doesn't help identify it.

You can go to this link to try to identify the engine.
