    First post here so hope the photo comes through. Recently given this Beechcraft prop and curious to know its approximate age, history and what type of aircraft it was used on. Still has sticker serial no. 1 724
    Part no. R 201-215-102.
    It's 8' long and in great though weathered shape.
    I don't see any numbers on the constant speed assembly/hub.
    The sticker is on the wood.
    I'd like to recondition it but I'm not doing anything until I learn more. Thanks in advance for any insights. Really appreciate anything you know.

    That's a variable pitch prop. I would suggest you contact Monte Chase at www.notplanejane.com. He specializes in this type prop.
