Default HEINE propeller, perfect condition

I have a HEINE propeller stamped
200 PS
L H
300
180
43040

I aquired it from an old carpenter in Southern Germany, who got it 1970 from an old lady. She told him her father brought it back from WW1 and it belonged to an shot-down plane. No chance to check this story since the lady passed away years ago.
I will post pics soon, currently my computer has some problems
Glad to receive information on what airplane it could be etc.

It might be hard to identify for sure (as are most German propellers), but post the pictures. If you have trouble, send them to me and I can post them here. Also measure the length of the prop. It should be 3 m.

Thanks for the pictures. Also, did you measure the length?

Heine used decals on their propellers after WW1, but to my knowledge did not use them before then. The same with metal sheathing. I think that is post WW1 manufacturing technique. The hub is interesting. It was attached by what was called a "Rupp fastener", which was designed to lock into the back of the hub holes and allow a quick propeller change.

This Axial propeller for a Fokker D VII had the same hub mechanism.
