  • Hartzell Cleaning Question

Recently picked up this Hartzell 7210B-40 that I want to clean/wax for display purposes according to tips on this website but I have two areas looking for advice. One area looks as though it was exposed to extreme heat at some point and the finish is cracking. I’m guessing leave it alone which is fine because it is on the back side I want to display. The other area looks as though some sort of epoxy was place on two areas of the fabric on the front side I want to display, again I’m assuming leave it alone.

    Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, I'd leave it as is. If you want a shiny propeller just look for one that's already been "restored". They're less expensive - for a reason.
