    Hi,

The brass tag read "BLINDAGE SHAM" (SHAM shielding), and the drawing underneath is the De La Granville (the guy whois the patentee of this kind of shielding) signature. You have a picture here: http://woodenpropeller.com/forumvB/s...5&postcount=10

The prop is a French Régy prop serail 804, which was designed for Salmson 2A2 aircraft fitted with a Canton-Unné 260HP engine. You have a similar prop here: http://woodenpropeller.com/forumvB/s...light=blindage
For what I can see, the prop was repaired or modified and re-controled for airworthiness. Perhaps, some more infos could be known if you post clear close-ups of the 4 sides of the hub, the decals (if there are) and of the tip shieldings. Don't use flash because the prop seems glossy. All the markings have to be legible, specially the stamps.

    Regards,
    PM

Also here's a page with an identical propeller (Serie 804) pictured.
