    Hi all,

    I remember seing something like this but I can't retrieve the thread. Any idea about this logo? Sorry for the bad def, I hope to have a better pic soon...

    PM, that may be from a Marshall Propeller, although possibly a different version, as they don't exactly match (but the number of "feathers" is the same).

      Hi Dave,

      Thank you for the link.
      After all, it could be not a prop logo: people who ask me about the prop just told me it is possible that the "logo" has been also carved when the blade remains was "decorated".

      PS: For those who are curious, the writings read "Souvenir du SGAA SETIF". SGAA = Société Générale d’Affrètement Aérien (that was a Company for Transport by Air) and SETIF was a town in Algeria when the country was part of France.
      The logo used by SGAA was: and is probably what is carved on the blade shielding.
