I've been meaning to write a tutorial for that (and will shortly) although it's quite easy with the new sofware.

If the pictures are on your computer, go to the new thread or post reply
button, then go to the bottom of the page and look for "Manage
Attachements". Click "browse" and find the location on your computer where
the pictures are, then click "Upload". They will show as attacments in your

If the pictures are on the web already (on a server), find the URL (right
click, click "properties") then copy the entire string that begins with
http://..... Go to the little picture icon above the message window, click
it, then paste the URL into the box, making sure the mouse is over the
highlight blue letters "http://" The phot0 should show up in the message
