  • Finding equipment

I am interested in making wooden prpellers as a small home based business. I have seen duplicarver machines that trace a master blade or pattern to form a new blade. My problem is I’m not sure who makes the machine that shapes the blades.

Are you doing this for a hobby or a small commercial operation? If the latter, see if you can contact Mike Redpath in Oklahoma City, I believe he discontinued a business making "Falcon" propellers due to allergies he developed to the dust.

According to Facebook he works at Musclerodz and Custumz. Might be worth a shot . . .

You might try contacting Chad Wille at St. Croix propellers, although keep in mind he makes reproductions himself.
