  • Sensenich wooden prop

I recently purchased a propeller and am having a hard time identifying it. It's a sensenich prop, model 72EC-66, serno D-5016. Anyone have any information?

Looks like it's 1944 manufacture. The drawing number isn't familiar, but that's not particularly unusual. Are you sure the letters are "EC"? Can you photograph the stampings? Sometimes the original stampings are worn, and you have to infer the correct ones.

Almost no matter what, it's likely that it was made for a small horsepower engine used on a variety of trainers during WW2. It may be possible to narrow that down further with photos of the hub.
