How do I find date prop was made? Reconditioned 1949.

We have a Senenich wooden propeller which was used on an Aeronca (Cheif or Champ?). We know it has a width of 70 inches and a 36 inch pitch. The prop has been stamped with "reconditioned January 1949." It names the company that did the reconditioning. Is there any way to tell the actual date the prop was made?

Sensenich has a listing of their wooden prop serial numbers showing the dates of manufacture here: www.sensenichprop.com/sen_html/serial.htm. To my knowledge they are the only manufacturer who has serial number information.
