8 Bolt Mounts are 13/32" Diameter
Brass leading edge and tip

Glad you managed to log in. Sorry for the hurdles getting there.
If the prop is in original condition with original decals, my guess is that it would go somewhere in the $400 to $700 range on eBay, which is where most of the activity occurs. Selling prices do seem to vary quite a bit though, and it's very hard to nail down a specific "value" on them.
