I have a wooden 44.25” long propeller, 4.5 inch wide blade, 2” center hub, with original box that I need your help in identifying what it would have been from and how much it might be worth. It appears to be unused and is in perfect shape. Please view the photos for detailed marking information.

It's from a target drone developed in the 1940's. They are quite common and frequently appear on eBay and other venues, where they recently seem to have been selling in the $200 to $300 range. Yours might be more attractive with the original packing, but in general they are not considered particularly "collectible", as many thousands were made before becoming obsolete and being sold off as surplus.
