Can someone identify my prop please?

Can anyone identify my propeller? It doesn't have any letters or numbers on it, so does that mean it is definitely a reproduction? There are some marks that indicate it could have had a metal leading edge! I don't know anything about its history, although I was told it was made at DeHavilland as a prototype, but I doubt it.

It can't be identified without numbers, but it looks too well made to be a reproduction.

It may have been in production when a defect was found (or caused) during attachment of metal sheathing and simply rejected at that phase, prior to stamping any identifying information.

It is a left hand thread, which is common for modern British aircraft.
