I'm guessing that it was at least some variant of this aircraft, despite the discrepancy in horsepower. At least the engine manufacturer matches your prop, and it wasn't unusual for aircraft manufacturers to experiment with engine variations and not have them show on database records.
There certainly are other possibilities, however.
