My feeling it’s made under military contract in 1943

10107 equates to a Sensenich 72C-42 or 44 for Aeronca, Taylorcraft or Piper

Am I right?

Just wondering why everything points to Sensenich model
But is stamped US Propeller Inc

You are correct, and I think the Sensenich connection is only due to the fact that they have cross-referenced and published the military design number with their own model number. That might similarly have been done by other manufacturers, but I've never seen a list like that published.
