DESIGN 7210C\43
Serial Number 45209
6 bolt holes
6 feet long
Used on Aeronca L3D, 65STAF and Taylorcraft BFS, BFS1665
Engine Franklin 4AD176B2, 65hp

Look on eBay for completed listings of similar props. I'd guess around $300 to $400 based on absence of decals and probable refinishing. It's not a particularly rare or sought after item.
