Prop identification - any help appreciated :-)

I recently acquired an old wooden prop and would like to try to identify it as much as possible.

I've looked at the listings on woodenpropellors.com but cannot make full identification. Would it even be possible to fully ID the prop/engine/plane combination - that would be awesome

Diameter & Pitch (understood)
A3021 ??
9172 (on engine facing/rear)? of prop ??
