Propeller identification assistance

Hi - I would be most grateful if anyone can assist in identifying my propeller. It has the following markings:

D3590
P3200
IAL684
AC32863B
JUNE/34

I am assuming that June 1934 is the date of manufacture but the other numbers mean nothing to me.

I attach a picture of the propeller.
