  • HEINE propeller (between WW1 & WW2) - I'd like to ask for help

    Hello forum members,

I have a HEINE prop which I cannot identify and I'd like to ask you for help.

Unfortunatly the prop was cut in the middle.
Now it is 145 cm tall (first picture), originally it should be 290 cm (diameter).

The hub has a 25 cm diameter. It looks like a Rupp-Nabe / rupp fastener
    (cf. picture 2 and 3).

At the side we can see following remains / endings of identification letters or numbers (cf. picture 4):
    PS
W (I think it is a W. It is difficult to identify, maybe the ending of BMW ?)
    0 (j)
    2
E (this E is probably the ending of HEINE)
53 (maybe the last two digits of the serial)

The propeller is from Germany, originally from region near the town Leipzig.

I hope you can help me,
    BR Tobi

Not much to go on. The presence of decals and metal sheathing certainly points to a later (post WW1) manufacture, but I think you already figured that out.

Thanks Dave. Yes, less info to go on, it's difficult.
