Replica Prop, Not Sure of What

I came across this 45" prop replica, and have been curious if it is a replica of an actual prop or just a novel design. Does anyone have any insight? I have looked at lots of pictures, but can't seem to find one that looks close.

I think it's a form of artistic impression, not a duplication of an existing design. For one thing, the center bore looks too large for the hub size and the overall shape is unusual.
