  • Aerial propeller

I acquired about 40 years ago, a wooden propeller from Aerial Propeller Co, Greenville Texas. It has Model #A.T.P. 48.20.72. ser 893.B.. Can anyone tell me something about this propeller, what type of plane it was for, value, etc..

To my knowledge no one has published a list of propellers from that company, so it may be difficult to identify, and I certainly don't recognize the numbering sequence from any published lists.

It may be an ultralight, UAV, or some other application. Can you post a photo of it?

I'm nearly certain that it's an airboat/snowsleigh propeller. The broad blades, flat pitch, short diameter, squared ends and atypical numbers (for aircraft) are all consistent with that usage.
