Looks like an auxilliary prop of some kind, although it might not even be aviation related. Obviously, the entire hub has been cut out for a clock or something similar.DaveComment

1090mm is quite large.
No markings on it. Perhaps they where on the centerpiece,

Maybe, but I've seen some approaching that size, along with UAV props even longer than that.
Basically though, it's also too small to be likely used on a common aircraft engine.DaveComment
