Need help with Hartzell Prop ID

Hi there,
I have a propeller that has the following marks on it: Design 409, SR No. 11683, Hartzell Piqua, Ohio. Could anyone help me identify the age, type of prop, type of aircraft it was on? Thanks so much! Cindy

Probably a Fairchild or Fleet with a Kinner 125 hp engine. Age is difficult to determine.
