Need help with Red Tip Propeller

Found in a local barn, tried to identify and had no luck.

Red Tip with 4 bolt holes in it. Measures at 30" in length and 3 1/2" width. Has K Stamped along with RP-23.

just need to know who made it what year its from and any potential value? Thanks!

It's most likely a UAV (drone) propeller. They can be hard to identify, but identification isn't all that important anyway. Check eBay for similar item prices.
