Especially made for Piper cub

I am trying to identify and value a modern wooden propeller that belonged to my father-in -law. It is 78 inches long, and has 6 bolt holes. It has a designation on it, N1030 , and a decal that says "especially made for Piper cub. It is made of a light colored wood, and has what appears to be brass on the leading edges. If anyone can help identify the manufacturer and give me some idea of it's value it would be greatly apprieciated. I believe it to be in excellent condition. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I'm not aware of any 78" Piper Cub propellers. Most were 72" or 74", I believe. And a longer prop would be a concern with ground clearance.

A picture would help as well.
