Hartzell Propeller Question

What should the length be for a Hartzell 7210B Propeller. It looks like the tips(painted Black) have been cut square. It has the numbers 7210B 10 544 24 CC#13 on it also and as I stated the tips are painted Black. . Any and all info on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

It should be 72 inches in length, and the pitch can be anything from 37" to 47" according to its type certificate.
