  • Who made it & value?

Only markings are Model 670-24 & Serial 3931. It is 70 1/2 inches long
& 8 inches wide. Any info appreciated. Jim

It looks like an airboat propeller. Many were made by Sensenich, but typically they had Sensenich decals on the blades. Perhaps it's been refinished?

Thanks. It is a puller not a pusher. Don't know much about airboats but the few I have seen were pushers.

It's a right hand thread, but that can be a pusher configuration with an engine that rotates opposite the normal or that has a geared drive, which can reverse the rotation. Aerodynamically, pusher and tractor props are identical. It's the engine rotation that determines application.

Interesting information. This came off of a 65HP powered Ercoupe fusalage on 4 Federal skis. Early snowmobile. Jim

I wonder if it was custom made for that use. The flat pitch and broad blades are characteristic of a non-flying device, since they add desirable drag at low rpms. The squared off tips add clearance.
