Est. Value of Wooden Prop

I recently inherited a wooden prop, and was wondering what the approximate age, possible aircraft type, and value would be to an interested collector. It stands 80" tall and has what appears to be brass covering the tips and the first 24" of the leading edges. It also has 6 holes in the hub. The stamp on the base of the blade reads:
Aircraft Prop Co. DES.40.V No. 105

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Condition determines value, so it's impossible to say without knowing that. I don't recognize the drawing number as anything that matches the currently available listings, which cover hundreds of models.
