What kind of Propeller do I have

I have a 74 inch propeller that has the following markings on it: near the hub is 28301 below that on one blade is J.C. 2088 and below that is 585'45.
It has metal leading edges and metal tips that are seperate and a different type of metal.

It could be anything, but most likely something from the 30's to 50's used on small engined trainers or similar aircraft. I don't recognize those numbers as being typical of one of the common manufacturers.
