  • '42 7' prop manufacturer?

I am looking at purchasing a wooden prop and I am just trying to get some history on it. The manufacturer stamp is a small RCO with a large LL placed over top. There is 4 lines engraved in it: LL-(M?)-279
    DES 86 M54
    RPM 2220
    Aug 42

I don't have any pictures that I can upload at this time but it has 8 bolts and what looks like brass on the leading edge and tips. Thanks for any comments.
