Flottorp 75C-38

I am trying to identify the year of manufacture and possibly the original purchaser (a tough job I'm sure) of a FLOTTORP DES 75C-38, serial 5079, PC4, TC408. Can anyone help? I believe it was used by a sign tower on a J-3, and I bought it from him in the 70's when he upgraded his prop to I think aluminum. Thanks.

Sorry to tell you the information you request is to my knowledge unavailable. The only serial number list I've ever seen or heard of pertains to Sensenich props and no public information on original purchasers whatsoever.
