WW2 era Deutsch propeller?

Hi,

For once, I post in this "modern" section:

Does anybody know this kind of markings on a black painted fiberglass mesh covered prop? I guess it is Deutsch or Polish from the "W. Nr", but I am not sure.

I have no picture of the other side, but I guess it is a "rapid fastener" or something like that.
