Sensenich Prop ID

I have a Sensenich S/N AB6860 prop, with what appears to be model no W70D8. It is stamped not airworthy. I am pretty sure from the SN that it was manufactured between 7/90-8/91 and I'm guessing the 70 is the length and D means it's display, but I'm wondering if it is intended as a replica for a "working" prop? Anyone know?

I think it's a manufacturing reject, not a reproduction to be sold as a display prop. A number of those have been sold on various sites like WagAero, and my undertanding is that they were intended to serve as certificated props but did not pass rigorous inspection at the factory.
