I have a Sensenich wooden propeller consigned to my shop by a friend. It has the Sensenich decal on it with the following stamped into it.
PT-17 Airplane
R-670-5 Engine
220 HP 2100 RPM
Part No: 42K19593
Serial No: 52940
In researching the Sensenich Bros. site I found the part number on a Military Designation list for military props built in the 1940's. It also listed a Sensenich Common Designation number of 90LA-76. It appears to be authentic, though I am not knowledgeable at all on this subject. What might the value be of this propeller? I want to do right by my friend and not value it too low. I have it displayed in my front window, and it has already created a great deal of interest.
