Univair Flottorp Propeller

I have an old Univair Flattorp Propeller Model # 73B58 mounted to a Citabria.
I am looking for torque specs on the mounting bolts. We removed the prop to make repairs to the plane and don't know the torque specs. Have been unable to find any information on the prop.
Please help me if you can.
