I have a sensenich air boat prop 72 LXL 44 - 2014. What does all this mean? How old is it?

Well, all you know for sure is that it wasn't built in 2014. Sensenich may be able to give you a date of manufacture.

The other numbers just indicate length and pitch in inches.
