Hello,can anyone help us out about a S&S prop my dad gave to my son. We are trying to figure what plane was use with this prop. It's 88 inches with 8 holes, it has brass metal along the edge on both side, although this prop is starting split near the center..(my fault I left it in a warehouse for 2 months last summer in storage but humidity got to it). It was found in the 45-50 era near my dad family farm in Eastern Ontario. A military base was nearby where pilots were trained.
