Propeller ID

I need to know who made this propeller. The only markings on the hub are 71.5x69, and what looks like an A (or upside down V) 1837. This prop has 6 each 3/8in bolt holes. I can email pics if it will help.

Pictures might help, but the information you have tells only its size, pitch, and serial number - so it could be almost anything made by anyone.

I have a hunch that it's an ultralight prop.
