Help with Lewis Prop info

New here. Have a 72" Lewis prop with these markings - GB LEWIS CO. SER. LL77 (2?)4 DES.L55CK-9
Have some pretty good photos but I don't know how to attach to this post.

Any help with information will be appreciated. BG
