it's a 320cm or 10foot 6inch propeller . can't find maufacturer . seriel nr . 53480 or 53460. also there is a nr. 306 or 308 near center hole. it's is in the Netherlands.

That will be tough to know much more about. I'm not even sure when it would have been manufactured.

With very minimal edge protection and no tip protection at all that I can see, is it possible this isn't an aircraft prop at all but perhaps a reproduction designer item?

Unfortunately, lots of very different propellers with very different uses look the same. They're a little bit like tires in that respect. They all look similar but they really aren't.
