Propeller Identification
07-12-2006, 12:18 AM
I am trying to identify this prop. Does anybody have any ideas?
Thank you for any help.

Looks like it's been refinished which would have removed any decals. Are there any markings stamped into the wood?

AAC 3912 is likely the important "drawing" number, but I can't find reference to it in any of my listings.
The other numbers refer to length and pitch in inches (104-6
, direction of rotation (RH) and serial number (3324).
It's most likely a "modern" propeller, probably manufactured in the 30's or 40's.

It's not in any of my references either.

Maybe something will still turn up. We'll send you a note if it does, and post a response here as well. (I moved it to the "modern" category.)
