Have a US Propeller #15088-42, 42R61X over SER or SEP 24223, all in black ink. Also, 24228 is stamped in the hub. It is a 4 layer lamination in clear varnish with red tips. Has 6 small hub bolt holes. In the 1960s I can remember someone saying something about it being made by the same company that made the propellors for Amelia Earhart. Thanks!
