US Propeller Identification

Does anyone know what this propeller was used for? It is black with yellow tips and 8 bolt hub.

It shows:

DES 96LG98 (I think? the numbers are partially scraped)
SER 11162
RPM 1925
HP 220

Those look like correct numbers. I don't have a specific listing for it, but it is listed as being produced under type certificate TC798.
