Sensenich ID

I just picked up a Sensenich prop from an older woman I met at a store of all places. I am having trouble identifying it or determining its age or application. I found the numbers below on it. Anyone have any ideas? It is stamped not airworthy but looks in great condition.

A list of aircraft that it was used on is on this page. Just ignore the "W". The serial number isn't listed (a simple omission, I suspect) but looks like it was made between 8/91 and 3/92.
