Flottorp Prop ID Request

Hi all

My dad has had a prop hanging in his basement for years. I would like some assistance in possibly identifying a year range, value range, and any other information that could be of benefit to have. The prop is a Flottorp A 3829 DES-85-R-60. The propeller is 85 inches across and is an 8 bolt prop. Thanks in advance for any assistance in figuring out just what he has.

Unfortunately, that model doesn't show up on the Flottorp list, so I'm guessing that it's either one that was built under license from another manufacturer or just a specially built model.
