can any one help identify a small wooden proppeller? it is 43inches long has four bolt holes. serial no's P390 G----HR 1508-2. CZ It has what appears to be black material glued to the blades.

It's probably not an aircraft propeller, at least for conventional aircraft, but might be for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). It's certainly an unusual shape, and might be for some non aviation application, like a fan or blower of some kind.
