found in mom's garage after dad passed away.
mint condition looks like has never been installed.

DON'T put a clock or anything else in it! It will cut the value down to almost nothing.

That model is quite common, apparently because an oversupply was present when the Anson and related aircraft went to an all metal prop.

I'd say keep it, or if you need the money, sell it on eBay. You can put a reserve on it, but even a few hundred dollars might keep it from getting any bids. If you monitor eBay for a few months, you'll probably see another one like it come up for auction and can see what that one sells for.
